EXXEL ENGINEERING, INC. provided topographical survey, site and construction plans, obtained preliminary and final approvals for the site work, provided construction staking and part-time site inspection as well as as-built measurements for final construction plans.  We also provided an ALTA/Land Title survey for project financing.
