From start to finish...topographical and boundary survey; civil design of site grades, underground utilities, parking lots, drives, walks, and preparation of construction plans; process for local and State approvals and construction permits; coordination with City of Wyoming and prepararation of a plan for widening Gezon Parkway; preparation of easement descriptions and construction staking for many contractors, including General Contractor, site contractor, landscaper, underground sprinkling contractor, etc., produced an asthetically pleasing and functional site for the GFS corporate office.
