This project involved an extraordinary amount of retaining wall design and construction to fit the hilly terrain. We coordinated with the Grandville Public Schools system to redesign the entry roadway. We worked with the City of Wyoming to create traffic patterns and implement traffic lights to promote public safety. Exxel provided Civil Engineering and Surveying Services: - Topographical survey of site - Site layout, including gas station fueling area - Storm sewer, sanitary sewer and watermain design - Parking lot and access drive design - Construction staking - Site inspection - ALTA Land Title Survey of boundary and improvements
