This amazing residential development on the shore and bluffs of Lake Michigan offers incredible sunset views. The tiered housing sites assure each residence priceless surroundings in a gated community. There were many engineering challenges to be met in this project, including preserving the natural setting while building infrastructure to provide all the conveniences of this state-of-the art development.
