EXXEL provided topographical and boundary surveys and preparation of base maps. We completed civil design of site grades, building grades, site drainage, underground utilities, access drives, parking and sidewalks. We obtained State and local construction permits and did consequent construction staking, part-time site inspection and construction administration.
