EXXEL ENGINEERING, INC. did a topographical survey of the site for design and preparation of construction plans for site grades, utilities, parking lots and drives. We processed applications for construction permits, provided construction staking and part-time site inspection to insure compliance with plans. We did a survey and created necessary utility and access easements for the project.
