The I.U. Service Building is located on Indiana University's Bloomington campus. It is the first public job that was a design/build project in the state of Indiana. ERMCO's work on the project included the Electrical, Telecom, and Fire Alarm System.
The building houses the maintenance department for the entire I.U. campus with a 24-hour command center. It is divided into two parts with one side dedicated to a 30,000 sq. ft. shop area for skilled trades to work out of and the other side housing office space and a large storage room.
