The former Kindel Furniture factory in urban Grand Rapids found a new purpose spring2009. The renovated building now serves as Eastern Floral’s new headquarters, production facility, and distribution center. Set aside within the building is 10,000 sq. ft. for an International Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence, a new non-profit that will specialize in helping women and minorities start their own businesses, and 25,000 sq. ft. for several small businesses to lease.

We were able to provided and install Jeld-Wen Custom vinyl replacement windows, doors and Velux Skylights for this job, it was a great opportunity. Thank you Rockford construction!
