Story

The renovation of the Crystal View Apartments involved a complete update to the 30,704 sq ft historic building. Originally built as Crystal Inn the historic building was in need of major updates to the mechanical, electrical systems and interior finishes. 

The three story apartment building offers 25 rental units for low income individuals. The facility includes community areas and terrace spaces. 

The exterior shell includes Siteline Clad Double Hung Sash Packs throughout.
