Design Plus provided full architectural and engineering services from design through construction administration, in conformance with Marriott standards, for this new hotel located on Alpine Avenue in Walker, Michigan. The new 76-room hotel includes an indoor pool and whirlpool, meeting room, and continental breakfast serving area. The project was completed in August 2002 with an estimated construction cost of $3,000,000.
