Design Plus provided site planning, architectural design and documentation, and mechanical engineering for the 47,200 SF DeWitt Tennis Center. The facility includes six indoor tennis courts with top of the line vinyl coated playing surface, halogen uplighting system, and infrared heating. The front area includes a large waiting/lobby area, two locker/shower/toilet rooms, and one office. The facility primarily serves the students of Hope College, but is also to the community of Holland. The project was completed in August 1994 with a total construction cost of $2,700,000.
