Design Plus was responsible for the design and documentation of this 15,600+SF, six-unit, two-story condominium development beautifully positioned in the quaint beach town of Frankfort, Michigan. Located overlooking Betsie Bay, these 2,500+ SF condominiums include 2+ bedrooms, 2½ baths, a fully equipped kitchen with island, master suite with fireplace and walk-in closet, master bath with whirlpool tub, a spacious great room with fireplace, private deck, and a two-car attached garage. Construction was completed in the spring of 2006 for approximately $1,200,000.
