Architectural
Design Plus provided complete architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering, interior design, site/landscape, and technology design services for The Bank of Holland’s new 11,636 SF two-story office in downtown Grand Rapids. The project includes state-of-the-art, energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems, as well as classic design features such as cornice molding, limestone arches, coined corners, and finely detailed interior. On-site customer parking and a small park were created on the tight urban site. The project was completed in April 2005 with a total construction cost of $1,917,000, and it won the Associated Builder & Contractor Award in the Construction - Office category in 2005.
