The Bicycle Factory will be a mixed use historic redevelopment of former 3 story manufacturing building that will consist of 12,000 square feet of retail facilities and 21 residential units located within 27,000 square feet of residential facilities. D.C. Byers Company/Grand Rapids, Inc. provided the foundation wall waterproofing on this project.
