CSM Group acted as construction manager for the new Southwest Regional Rehabilitation Center located in Battle Creek, MI. Southwest Regional Rehabilitation Center is a comprehensive rehabilitation facility that offers inpatient as well as outpatient services. This CM/Design-Build project consisted of a new 44,000 SF, two-story medical facility. The building has a combination masonry veneer with a structural steel frame. The facility includes 26-inpatient beds, private treatment rooms, a therapy pool, health and fitness area and administrative offices. The project value was $8.75 million. Construction began April 2004 and was completed in June 2005.
