CSM Group was selected as Construction Manager by the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission for their new Men’s Dormitory addition project. The project was a new 23,000 square foot conventional steel and masonry facility designed to house up to 200 persons. The exterior cladding of the facility is a combination of decorative concrete masonry units, brick and cast stone. An architectural standing seam metal roof covers the peaked roof. The building façade fronting Kalamazoo Avenue includes a faux retail front with several display windows. CSM was selected from a field of eight firms who submitted proposals. The project completed in the summer of 2004.
