CSM Group began our relationship with Ganton Retirement Centers in 2006 when Ganton came to CSM looking for a reliable firm to manage the construction of their new, 19,000 sf. facility from start to finish. Mr. Ganton typically bids out and manages many of his own projects however, when reviewing the details of the hospice project, he decided it would be in his best interest to seek an outside firm’s expertise. CSM did not hestitate and immediately gathered our resources and took on the project.

The new facility was efficiently designed and sited with the patient and the patient’s family in mind. The facility is broken up into four wings, two of which house the 20 patient rooms. Family rooms are also located in the two wings. The family rooms and resident rooms have been designed to maximize the views of the outdoors. The other two wings house staff offices as well as a lounging area for residents to enjoy each others company. 

The facility has been positioned on the site to take advantage of the existing contours and the wooded surroundings.  A spa-like tub room has also been incorporated to allow a time for relaxation.
