CSM Group was hired under a Design/Build contract to manage construction of a new 10,000-square-foot showroom that not only enhanced the display of new vehicles on the showroom floor, but also—through site re-positioning and refinements—improved display of vehicles on the lot. The showroom, which is attached to the service center and body shop to provide an “under-one-roof” operation, allows the display of up to four vehicles. It also features a 3,000-square-foot canopy at the main entrance that can comfortably accommodate an additional six vehicles.
