Construction-Management
This project is a major renovation of a building originally constructed in 1955. The facility was vacant for a period of three years prior to the start of work. The scope of work included stripping the facility to the shell and completely building out a state of the art bowling and recreation center. The configuration of the lanes and support services remained in their original location but a portion of that space was replaced with a Quizno's Sub Shop, a private party room, bumper cars and a game arcade. The project includes a new pro shop, control counter, smoke-free lounge, billiards room, renovated bar with main and karaoke stages, new finishes throughout and a new electrical system. The bowling lanes are all new along with electronic scoring, cosmic lighting and sound system.
