CR converted a 1920s, 43,000-sf, concrete and brick warehouse building into a showroom for high-end furniture, lighting and home accessories. The design conveys a loft-style look with exposed/industrial high ceilings, providing Voltage the space and layout needed to showcase products. The first two floors serve as showrooms. Three additional floors offer storage and lease office space.
