Fitting within the neighborhood’s historic context, this community provides a lifestyle package that accommodates the unique interests of any student. Housing almost 700 people, the 10-acre development consists of 14 residential buildings - houses, duplexes and suite-style apartments - surrounding a pedestrian green space. This project was completed in collaboration with Mackey Mitchell Associates.
