The renovation and remodeling of the former Seminary into the Diocesan Retreat and Conference Center. The new design includes guest rooms, meeting rooms, chapel, management offices and cafeteria. A totally new exterior facade encloses the original structure which has all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The building entrance was reoriented to the east and new parking lots and landscaped walkways were added.
