Careful attention to detail, together with a creative design solution allowed Cox Medendorp Olson to implement the complete restoration and adaptive reuse of a badly deterioriated, but historic Italianate mansion into law offices and an apartment. The exterior of this 8000 square foot structure was restored under the guidelines of the U. S. Department of the Interior for Historical Structures. An adjacent new "carriage house" structure, accommodating parking and additional office space, was included and designed in the style of the original mansion.
