Liberty Athletic Club was originally built as a tennis center, with large earth berms up to the edge of the roof on either side. By removing the berms, we were able to recapture significant amounts of usable space below the existing roof, sufficient to allow installation of a spinning room, additional fitness rooms, a child care area (shown in one of the images), and future expansion space. Large windows made the new spaces light and comfortable for occupants.
