Classic Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering for this four story, 104 key hotel. The building has an indoor pool, exercise room, meeting room and breakfast room. The guest suites are conditioned using PTAC’s and common areas with gas fired roof top units and fan coils with electric heat. The domestic water is heated with two 750,000 BTUH boilers and one 528 gallon storage tank.
