Story

Classic Engineering designed the mechanical, plumbing and electrical for this 179 key, six story hotel. The hotel has an indoor pool, restaurant with full kitchen, meeting space and exercise room. The HVAC system consists of multiple single zone fan coils with DX cooling for the common areas and package thru the wall air conditioners for the guest rooms. The plumbing system uses two 990,000 BTUH boilers and two 432 gallon storage tanks to meet hot water demands. A domestic booster pump is used to provide proper water pressure throughout the building.
