Story

Offices: 6,000 Square Feet
Production: 68,000 Square Feet
Architect/Designer: Dan Vos Architectural Team

An existing building was renovated and customized for Hudsonville Ice Cream’s move from Burnips to Holland. The production facility includes 15,000 square feet of storage freezer (-20º F), a spiral freezer (-40º F), mixing rooms with dairy brick flooring, and stainless steel wall panels.

The interior office space boasts an old-world look with masonry walls, heavy timber ceilings, and oversized wood-trim details. Two other notable rooms are the casual conference room with fireplace, and the break room with soda fountain.
