Story

This hotel is part of a redevelopment of a large area in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. The redevelopment will include a new minor league baseball stadium, parking ramp, park and this hotel. The hotel has 6-story, 250 guest rooms, large meeting space, ball room(s), full restaurant, indoor swimming pool and a skywalk connection to the adjacent building across the street. Classic Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical design services for this project.
