Classic Engineering provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing for this two-story apartment building. Bearing walls are made of cast-in-place concrete. Each unit is heated and cooled with a packaged, gas-fired unit, ducted to each room. All penetrations for ductwork and electrical devices were dimensioned on the plans. All knockouts were framed into the concrete wall prior to it being poured to eliminate cutting and boring in the field. All domestic piping to each plumbing fixture is PEX tubing.
