Classic Engineering provided Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services on this 36,000 square foot facility.  Clarecastle is a four-story apartment building with 24 apartments of senior housing located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. The first floor of the building will house a new Senior Citizen Center operated by Clare County. A private community space on the first floor, separate from the Senior Center, is available for Clarecastle residents to hold regular activities such as coffee hours, cards and crafts. There will also be a large screen TV for movie nights and a library area where computers are available for resident's use.

All apartments have two bedrooms and one full bath. Each apartment has central air conditioning, cable television hookups, a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and self-cleaning oven. Additional amenities include a coat closet, mini-blinds, balcony, and high speed internet connections. One carport per apartment will be provided.
