Design Program: The expansion of the Vista Grande Villa Assisted Living and Retirement Community was a two phased project. The first phase of the project included the design and construction of a 70 unit assisted living facility with kitchen, dining area, hair salon, therapy room and administrative office. The second phase was the design and construction of condominium units for the residents of the    community. The residents were able to choose from three floor plans for their new Carriage Units. Byce & Associates, Inc. designed both the mechanical and electrical systems for both phases of the project.

Design Challenges:  The project had an extremely tight budget and tight floor to floor space. It required a well coordinated set of Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural drawings.
