A new free-standing one-story automobile dealership with service bay area. The program included a showroom, customer waiting lounge, office area, service drive-up/delivery, parts department, and service area. The service area was designed to accommodate automobiles and trucks of various sizes. A mezzanine provided a parts storage room. The timeline for design and construction was critical as this building was constructed as part of a Ford Motor Company dealership facilities upgrade incentive program. The building design needed to meet the guidelines of Food Motor. It is a conventionally steel framed building with concrete block bearing walls, interior steel columns, and steel bar joist roof framing system.
