Story

A new free-standing strip mall building is the new home of a 5,600 square foot Dance Studio with the remaining area being divided into four (4) individual retail spaces. The Dance Studio has occupied their space from the on-set while the other retail spaces were partially completed until leases were signed. The vacant spaces are completed to the design specifications per the requirements of those tenants.
