Design Program:  Program included a 50,000 square foot building expansion, three (3) new truck dock areas, free-standing security office, trestle extension as required for primary power distribution. The entire project was to be designed per guidelines provided by the owner to the requirements of their future manufacturing equipment. Design of site improvements in conjunction with the building expansion, removing roads that existed at the proposed addition area and extending the existing road.   The road and the water service to belong to the City of Three Rivers.

Design Challenges: The timeline for the addition, equipment installation, and ability to be operational within the new      addition area had rigorous deadlines. Interruptions due to required shutdowns for utility hook-up were required to be coordinated with pre-scheduled yearly interruptions. Shipping and Receiving areas also needed to remain fully functional despite the roadway and truck dock improvements that were part of the scope of the project.
