A repeat client partnered with Wolgast to design and build a new 1,200 SF Jimmy John’s on Saginaw’s Gratiot Corridor. Wolgast customized the prototype, secured regulatory approvals, coordinated a new driveway, and managed long-lead finishes. Despite weather constraints, construction was completed for corporate to open in early January.
