Wolgast designed and built a new mixed-use development in Walloon Lake through winter conditions which also required helical piers to stabilize the foundation. Sixteen luxury condominiums above a rebuilt general store that had been a long-time mainstay for the community was constructed on a quick schedule required by the owner.
