The Carl A. Gerstacker Commerce Center, built in 1996, underwent a significant design-build renovation that modernized its exterior and interior. The project added meeting rooms, new offices, and a functional breakroom. The basement was also transformed from limited-access storage into a functional meeting space with new egress access.
