Originally the 1921 Strand Theatre, the Atrium Office Center is home to Clark Hill Law’s new office in Lansing, Michigan. Every office was demolished and reframed, the original ornate plaster ceilings were repaired, and many modern features were installed while simultaneously preserving this registered National Historic Place.
