Lodgco Hospitality expanded their hotel portfolio by adding the impressive Hyatt Place flagship. Wolgast Corporation, the At Risk Construction Manager, self-performed the finish carpentry work for the brand new prototype, high-end hotel with 116 rooms on four floors. This added significant capacity for the developer in Flint/Grand Blanc corridor.
