Story

This project was the former YMCA site in downtown Lansing. The old building, vacant for 16 years, had become an eyesore and was becoming a hazard, containing lead, asbestos, and contaminated soil. Metro Place is another valuable addition to a downtown returning to its role as a valuable community hub.
