The Next Center fulfills a long-term vision of the Holland SmartZone. The 20,000 SF facility is owned and operated by Lakeshore Advantage, the economic development organization servicing Ottawa and Allegan counties. Dubbed the “Next Center,” it houses a business incubator, community education space, and the organization’s new headquarters.
