Phase I & II of the conversion of 146 acres of a former golf course into the Kent County Youth Fairgrounds by Wolverine Building Group was a complex construction management process. Building over 75,000 sq. ft. of buildings, including three animal barns, horse arena and show pavilion for fair activities.
