Story

The building was nearly 136,000 SF, with MDC baffles and Armstrong Acoustibuilt clouds on multiple floors. Custom wood and metal ceilings were installed on different floors. The project faced challenges like a tight schedule, limited material storage, & delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
