This transformation of two vacant lots into a fully functional parking lot and bus stop included extensive site work with an underground storm detention system, decorative concrete walls, landscaping, concrete and asphalt work, decorative fencing, and sufficient lighting and electrical service to meet the parking lot safety needs.
