The Brooktree Capital Management project was a complex design with creative construction solutions that resulted in a sleek, modern office building. The new 3,432 SF building features grand foyer flooded with natural light, a sitting area with a six-foot fireplace and custom shelves, private and open office space, cafe, and restrooms.
