Story

The project consisted of 1,350 tons of structural steel working with multiple cranes. Five floors of steel were erected off of a post-tension podium. All moment connections were welded on site. Structural elements included a large skylight frame, 1” brick wedge, and large cantilevers at the fifth and first floor.
