A collaboration between Third Coast Development, Whirlpool Corporation, and KinderCare, Whirlpool’s The Eddy - Early Childhood Center is a state-of-the-art daycare facility serving infants to preschool children of Whirlpool employees and the Benton Harbor community. Modern design, spacious classrooms, and an amazing playground area make it a special experience for all those who attend. Designed and constructed with an emphasis on environmentally-friendly materials and on making the most of natural light, the center features an indoor terrarium in the lobby, an indoor multipurpose room, outdoor playgrounds with a soccer field, a whimsical playhouse, tricycle paths, a treehouse, and an outdoor stage.
