This four-story, 69,425 SF building houses 48 affordable housing units in addition to a community room and outdoor garden. The apartment community will aid families with children attending the adjacent Harrison Park Elementary School. Many of these children will benefit from the Grand Rapids Public Schools Challenge Scholars Program.
