Exterior masonry was performed on the ground floor through the fourthfloor, with siding installed on the fifth. Faced with a tax credit deadline,Rockford completed the 71,522 SF new build within a 13-month accelerated schedule.To ensure units were occupied by the end of the year, project teams endured lowtemperatures and winter conditions to complete concrete, masonry, and exteriorwork.
