St. Mary’s Ninth Floor Obstetrics renovation project was a 27,000 SF, $2.2 million dollar renovation to the existing obstetrics floor. The project was completed in three phases that allowed areas of the exiting floor to stay in service while renovation was completed. Infection control procedures were especially important.
